Life is waiting for more of your real expression.

Born To Be is a year of exploring, developing, and embodying the parts of yourself that want a more active role in your life.

Sometimes life starts asking for a version of you that you haven’t fully learned how to live yet.

Human beings are wildly under-expressed.

We learn early who gets approval.

Who keeps the peace.

Who survives.

Who gets chosen.

Who gets praised.

And then we practice those versions of ourselves so many times they start feeling like our whole personality.

Meanwhile?

Whole emotional worlds go untouched.

Certain reactions never get challenged.

Certain expressions never get developed.

Certain parts of us barely see the light of day.

And eventually life starts pressing on the edges of that.

A relationship.

A desire.

A dream.

A season of your life that suddenly requires something more honest, more alive, more embodied from you.

That’s the space this work enters.

Born To Be is about developing the parts of yourself your current life is asking for—

and expanding your ability to meet the moment you’re in with more truth, emotional range, expression, and intention.

I pay attention to what comes alive in people.

Not just what they say.
But what happens when something real hits them.

The shift in their voice.
The reaction they didn’t mean to have.
The sudden tears.
The laugh that surprises them.
The posture change.
The tension.
The desire.
The part of them that shows up instantly… before they have time to think about it.

That’s the stuff that interests me.

Because human beings are constantly expressing something—
through the body, through emotion, through pattern, through fantasy, through relationships, through the roles they slip into without even realizing it.

Some expressions become over-practiced.
Others barely get touched.

And over time, people start mistaking the versions of themselves they’ve repeated the most for the only versions that exist.

I don’t believe that’s true.

I think most people are carrying far more emotional range, expression, complexity, creativity, contradiction, tenderness, power, honesty, and aliveness than they’ve fully learned how to live yet.

That’s the space this work enters.

Not to turn you into someone else—
but to help you consciously develop and embody the parts of yourself your life is asking for now.
